Program Details
An Important Update for Camp Families:
As many of you know, the Arboretum has officially begun an exciting new construction phase to restore Baldwin Lake. During this first phase, we are not permitted to host camps or field trips on-site to ensure full compliance with air safety regulations and site health mandates.
Because this initial phase is projected to last through December, we do not anticipate being able to host our regular Autumn or Winter camps this season. With that said, while a change is unlikely, should construction timelines shift and safety restrictions lift ahead of schedule, we will immediately update this webpage with camp details and send an e-blast to announce registration opening. If not, we will look forward to seeing your little ones for Spring Camp in 2027.
We know how much families look forward to camp, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our grounds. We look forward to welcoming our campers back as soon as it is safe to do so!

REFUND POLICY
Arboretum Nature Camp is a highly popular program. Space is limited and demand tends to far exceed availability. We ask that families please not register unless they are confident they can commit to their chosen dates.
THE FOLLOWING PENALTY FEES APPLY TO ALL CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
– All camp cancellations are subject to a $50 penalty fee per child per week regardless of when they are requested.
– All camp cancellations must be requested no later than two weeks (14 days) in advance of the first day of the camp week start date in order to qualify for a partial refund. Partial refunds are registration fees minus the $50 penalty fee per child per week.
– Cancellations requested less than two weeks (14 days) in advance of the first day of the camp week start date will not qualify for a refund of any kind.
– Your registration denotes your understanding of this policy.
Cost
Members: $300 per week
Non-members: $325 per week
