Assisted Photography Reservations
The Arboretum offers assisted photography reservations for special occasions like weddings, maternity photos, engagement photos, and other celebrations. These reservations include exclusive access to Arboretum personnel and golf carts to assist with capturing your special moments!
Reservation Information
- 3-hour block reservation
- Golf cart(s) for transportation throughout the garden
- Arboretum personnel to monitor, escort, and assist the shoot.
- After-hours access to the garden
- Photography permit is included
Fees
The number of people includes subjects and photographers:
- 1-6 people transported in 1 cart for $400
- 7-12 people transported in 2 carts for $500
- 13-18 people in 3 carts for $600
- 19-24 people in 4 carts for $700
- 25-30 people in 5 carts for $800
Each additional cart/monitor is an additional $200. Each photo shoot session is allocated in 3-hour blocks.
