Mitchell Hearns Bishop, the Arboretum’s Curator of Historical Collections, presents a talk about Edward Huntsman-Trout, one of the pioneering landscape architects of Southern California. The landscape architect was deeply involved in the development of the Arboretum and oversaw the restoration of the grounds around the historic buildings. He designed the Rose Garden and Herb Garden and worked on the McFie entry pools and Bauer Fountain.
