Baldwin Ranch Walking Tour

About This Event

The Arboretum is one of the few places where you can see historic buildings located in their original settings. Join one of our knowledgeable docents for a walking tour of the ranch owned by Elias J.  “Lucky” Baldwin and learn about his life and times.  Discover the important role Baldwin Lake played in the development of the ranch and Arcadia. As you view the outside of the Queen Anne Cottage and Reid-Baldwin Adobe, our docents will update you on the restoration efforts. The tour will be approximately one mile and include visiting the inside of the Coach Barn and Santa Anita Train Depot.

The walk will start at the large map in the Visitor Plaza.  The one-hour tour will leave promptly at 4:30pm.  Please arrive early and wear comfortable shoes.

Registration is required for both members and non-members. Please register here. Tour is free for members. For non-members, the tour is included with paid general admission.
