CANCELLED: The Arboretum’s peafowl are descendants of birds brought to the grounds by Elias J. “Lucky” Baldwin in the late 1800s when he owned the property. Mitchell Hearns Bishop will explore interest in peafowl during Baldwin’s time and how peacocks came to thrive on his ranch.
