One of the most amazing fruits in the world, chiles are responsible for spicing up cuisines around the world. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about chile history, especially here in California, as well as learn to make some chile-based condiments, such as a fermented hot sauce, and spice mix. And, you get to take some home with you.
