Beautiful and delicious chocolate novelties from her personal collection intended to inspire the imagination for joyful giving and indulging throughout the holidays. Her straightforward and down-to-earth style has equipped even the novice chocolatier with the tools for successes. Enjoy lots of samples, a gift from Sonia and door prizes.

Sonia Nance has worked in the confection industry for more than thirty years, is the author of three chocolate confection cookbooks and is a video personality for multiple chocolate demonstration videos.
