Learn about easy-to grow Superfoods for Southern California, their health benefits, and how to grow and cook them. Also discussed will be easy adaptogenic herbs and a walk around the garden to see many of these plants. You are what you eat!

Loretta Allison grew up in Los Angeles and is an edible plant expert, fine gardening consultant and community educator. In addition to curating and propagating her own Biodynamic edible plant line, Spade and Seeds, she also acts as creative director at Fig Earth Supply, an all edible nursery based in Highland Park.
