Go green for Valentine’s Day with recycled items! Make Valentines and Valentine decorations for your friends and loved ones. We will also use natural materials from the Arboretum.
Seedballs:

Seed balls are made of clay and seeds. When mixed with water and rolled into balls, they become little adobe gardens. They are fun to make, cost effective, and will teach your child the wonders of gardening
Arboretum Rocks:

In this engaging, hands-on lesson, students will learn about the formation of different rocks, and how rocks are composed of different minerals. The lesson will conclude with all students getting to take home a couple small minerals of their own!
