Field Trip: Theodore Payne Foundation for Wild Flowers & Native Plants, Sun Valley
Since our last visit to this venerable non-profit, the popularity of native plant gardening has skyrocketed. This almost-spring excursion includes tours of the seed room, art gallery, retail nursery and usually off-limits propagation area, plus a special richly illustrated talk on attracting and rearing butterflies and moths with California natives.
On this field trip only: friendly on-leash dogs are welcome!
