Rhubarb is known as the first “fruit” of spring. (Although a vegetable, it is legally considered a fruit.) Learn about the “pie plant,” its cultivation and culinary uses. Learn to make and can rhubarb conserve. Learn other methods of rhubarb preservation. Strawberries will also make a guest appearance, of course.
