From ancient Mesopotamia to the modern day, beer has played an important role as the very foundation of civilization. In this hands on workshop, learn the basics of beginning beer brewing as well as its history. Students will sample various beer styles and make 1/2 gallon of beer to finish fermenting at home! Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
