This is NOT your grandmother’s pressure cooker! Join us for a fun time learning about new technology for cooking healthier, tasty meals. Pressure cooking saves the nutrients you have so carefully opted to keep in your fresh organically grown vegetables. Cook beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc. so juicy and fall off the bone tender. Class includes:
-Instant Pot features and safety precautions
-Display of cookbooks and accessories
-Preparation and cooking a main dish, a side dish and a dessert
-Sampling of each
-Question and answer time
