Make a “fresh start” in 2020 by creating brand new soil for the earth in this fun, educational, and environmentally responsible program! As we design, construct, and decorate our own worm habitat bins (complete with resident worms), we will get up close and personal with earth’s squishiest, squiggliest soil superstars by observing, handling, and discovering the world of earthworms. Children will head home as newly-knighted stewards of the earth where they can use their wormy bins to compost everyday household food waste, creating new soil with the help of their wormy friends.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the class non-viable. If the Arboretum cancels a class, registrants will be offered a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the class. For all other cancellations, your payment will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
