About This Event
Capture a festive holiday memory in the beautiful Celebration Garden.
The Arboretum invites Garden Sustainers and above to enjoy an exclusive 10-minute holiday photo session featuring two festive garden setups. Gather your family or friends and let us capture a seasonal memory in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Session Details
- Dates and times: Saturday, November 14, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 22, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Location: Celebration Garden
- Cost: $50 per group
- Session length: 10 minutes
- Group size: Up to six people
- Includes: Up to six downloadable images
About Your Photos
- Each group will receive up to six downloadable images, regardless of the number of groupings photographed.
- Sessions will feature two garden setups and focus on head-and-shoulders and upper-body portraits rather than full-body images.
- In the event of rain, photographs will be taken in sheltered garden areas.
- Images will be available via email and on the Arboretum Flickr website within three to four days.

Before You Arrive
- Please arrive at least 10minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
- Come camera-ready with hair and makeup complete so your session can begin promptly.
- Please leave pets at home.
- No Props
- Clothing may not display offensive images, slogans, or logos. The Arboretum reserves the right to decline photography when attire does not meet these guidelines.
What to Wear
For the best results, we recommend:
• Long- or short-sleeved tops
• Colors other than solid white
• Simple patterns
• Clothing without large logos
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be requested in advance of one week prior to the program start date in order to qualify for a refund. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the event start date will not qualify for a refund. The Arboretum does not offer credit or reschedules for missed events. If you are unable to cancel within the required refund window, please consider your program fee a donation to the garden. Your registration confirms your understanding of and agreement with this policy.
