In this fun, interactive workshop you will learn tips for increasing your well-being and happiness using positive psychology.  Together we will explore practical tools to create more meaning and daily happiness in your everyday life.  We will also talk about ways to incorporate nature and all the arboretum has to offer into your life to bring in more peace, joy, and well-being.

Jony Weiss, MPH holds a Master’s in Public Health from UCLA with a specialty in behavioral science and health education.  She has over 20 years’ experience as a health educator. As the former Program Manager for Work Life & Wellness at USC, she has taught faculty and staff how to have happier, more well-balanced lives through workshops on positive psychology, strengths, work/life balance, caregiving, health and humor, healthy sleep habits, and more.  She is now excited about sharing her expertise with you!
