Painting Birds and Butterflies

8-week session: June 30-August 18 

Sundays Mornings 9:30am-12:30pm

Join us for an open-studio style painting session at the Arboretum, with all materials provided. This session will focus on exploring the many butterflies and birds that call the Arboretum home. An instructor will be present to answer questions and offer suggestions throughout the session. This class is best appropriate for people with some painting experience who wish to paint in the company of others at the beautiful arboretum.

Coached by Ron Pettie

Students will do 3-4 paintings on 8×10 and 11×14 canvases, suitable for framing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancelations must be requested in advance of one week prior to the session start date in order to qualify for a refund. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the class start date will not qualify for a refund. The Arboretum does not offer credit or reschedules for missed classes. If you are unable to cancel within the required refund window, please consider your program fee a donation to the garden. Your registration confirms your understanding of and agreement with this policy.
