Meet us in the garden for a roaming cocktail party—with a botanical, educational twist. Join us for a lively spring stroll as we sip small tastings of rum, tequila, a bright Aperol spritz, and more while discovering the plants that put the “spirit” in our favorite drinks. Along the way, we’ll share juicy stories of how medicinal cures turned into cocktails, how booze helped build empires, and how every sip has a story. Cheers!

Event Details:
-Bring comfortable layers of clothing in preparation for the temperature shift that occurs after sundown.
-Apply sunscreen and insect repellent as needed.
-Wear comfortable walking shoes
–Must be 21 or older to attend, ID’s required

Day of Details:
-Meet your guide at the Main Entrance at the Arboretum.
-Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to event start time. Be prepared to show ID.
-As this is an after-hours event, gates will be locked promptly at event start time. No staff will be available to intercept late arrivals.
-Event will be cancelled due to weather related concerns and participants will be notified.

Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested in advance of one week prior to the program start date in order to qualify for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules requested within 7 days of the class start date will not qualify for a refund or reschedule. The Arboretum does not offer credit or reschedules for tardiness or missed classes. If you are unable to cancel within the required refund window, please consider your program fee a donation to the garden. Your registration confirms your understanding of and agreement with this policy.
