The Feast at Baldwin Ranch is back! Celebrate the beginning of autumn Sunday, September 28 dining on a sumptuous seasonal meal. Each course will be specially prepared by different chefs and paired with wines. Indulge yourself in the beautiful scenery of the garden while relaxing at elegant long-tables.
Don’t miss this special event. Space is limited. Proceeds from the Feast will support educational school programs for over 16,000 school children who participate in Arboretum field trips every year.
Participating chefs and restaurants include:
Producing Chef Claud Beltran will bring his experiences with an exotic mix of Mexican and Lebanese food to the table. The Eatery is a relaxed open-kitchen restaurant featuring a new theme of food each month.
Chef Paul Ragan of AltaEats brings fresh, savory flavors to the American dinner table.
Chef Sean Lowenthal of the Little Beast, serves progressive American comfort food.
Chef Ota-San of Japon Bistro is both Zagat and Michelin Guide rated, as well as a winner of the Citysearch and City’s Best award.
Brittany Turnquist of the Poppy Cake Baking Company is known for her bakery’s artisan, hand-crafted breads and pastries. She believes in using all natural meats and locally grown produce. The Poppy Cake Baking Company was also recently featured in an article by Hometown Pasadena.
Founded in 1917, the San Antonio Winery remains the last producing winery in Los Angeles with over 97 years of wine-making under its belt. Wine pairings will be selected by Steve Riboli.
