Learn the basics of bread! In this virtual class we’ll make both a sweet banana bread loaf and a savory focaccia. We’ll also break down some of the science behind making a sourdough starter. This is a great class if you are new to bread making or looking for a delicious refresher. Come bake with us!
Join us in April for a Sourdough workshop and in May for a Jams, Butter, and Ricotta workshop!
An ingredients and materials list will be sent out before the class. A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants 24 hours before class begins.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the class non-viable. If the Arboretum cancels a class, registrants will be offered a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the class. For all other cancellations, your payment will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
*LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Refunds will not be granted to registered guests who miss the class due to tardiness.
