You butter get your jam on! Following her April Sourdough Zoom class where we discussed sourdough and all its delicious recipes, we’ll be explore yummy pairings to go with your homemade bread in this virtual workshop!
Bring along your favorite berry, cherry, or peach and come jam with us. Focusing on using low quantities of natural sugars we’ll be making a jam that will make your taste buds shine. Learn the science and safety behind steam and water bath canning techniques. To top it all off we’ll also be making homemade ricotta and compound butter. Step up your cheese plate game in ways that will have your family, friends, and neighbors talking.
An ingredients and materials list will be sent out before the class. A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants 24 hours before class begins.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the class non-viable. If the Arboretum cancels a class, registrants will be offered a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the class. For all other cancellations, your payment will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
*LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Refunds will not be granted to registered guests who miss the class due to tardiness.
