About This Event
On Saturday, July 7 at 3pm as part of the Spindles 100: Hers art installation by Valerie Daval, two women will perform dance and music.
Mary Frances Spencer, left will play quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments for a tonal one hour concert inviting us into a meditative journey. The dancer
Dancer Jacquie Beaubien will improvise mindfulness movements with the art installation. The public is invited to bring mats/blankets to lie down on the ground around the tree.
