Digital Membership Cards
We are excited to announce that we are officially transitioning to a simpler, easier system for acquiring your digital cards!
Beginning September 1st, the eMembership app will no longer host our digital cards. Instead, you can download your digital card with a single link and add it to your smartphone wallet. If you have already downloaded your new digital card, thank you for supporting us through this transition. You will receive a separate email to download your digital membership card to your smartphone wallet. Please keep in mind that a separate app download is required for Android users.
If you prefer to go paperless and not receive physical cards in the mail, or if you have any questions, please reach out to us at memberships@arboretum.org or call us at 626-821-3233 for assistance.
Going digital means you never have to worry about forgetting your membership cards ever again!
