Getting Here & Accessibility

The Arboretum is located in the city of Arcadia, just east of Pasadena and across the street from Santa Anita Park. We are easy to reach by car or public transportation. We are located at 301 North Baldwin Avenue.
Accessibility
- Paved roads provide access to many of landscape areas.
- Wheelchairs are not available to rent.
- Designated accessible parking locations are found near the front entrance.
- Service Animals are welcome at the LA Arboretum. However, other animals, pets, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are prohibited as they are not considered service animals under ADA Certification. Click here to learn more about what is considered a service animal. A service animal at the LA Arboretum must remain on a leash or harness at all times and may not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for controlling their service animal’s behavior and for cleaning up after their service animal. If at any time the animal’s behavior becomes a threat to the safety or well-being of other visitors, the LA Arboretum reserves the right to ask guests to enjoy the garden without your service animal present.
For your safety…
Keep a distance of 10 feet from peafowl.
Do NOT feed, touch or chase wildlife. Peafowl, squirrels, rabbits, geese, turtles, coyotes as well as other birds and insects are all part of the LA Arboretum’s natural habitat. Please show respect and caution in the vicinity of these wild animals.
